Contrary to popular beliefs, London is slow. It's been a slow week as well, staying in mostly (it's bloody cold and Lukie the BFF&I are sick, hidden under two duvets with only our heads sticking out, going out only to get some food). Yesterday was a film night. King's Speech is excellent, a bit of a TV film really but I can't complain. Someone give Geoffrey Rush a hug. That man never fails to impress.

Never let me go, the long awaited Keira Knightley/Carey Mulligan film on the other hand, was an utter disappointment. In the agony of our dreadful sickness, we didn't have any idea what was going on in the first half of the film, and by the end of it, were left speechless as to what a completely unenjoyable experience it was. Deep? Okay. Utterly boring? Surely.

My friend Evelin is an amazing photographer and one of my closest friends as well so when I was staying at her place in Prague for about a week in November when I got back from England, we shot this little photoshoot together. It was an early morning, we were tired and both in our PJ's when deciding it just had to happen.
So Evelin painted my face with black paint (despite my skin being sensitive as fuck) and I spent the next two hours or so running around in tights only and a feather cape. The results aren't that spectacular as the light wasn't that good but there you go.

I have no time to blog as I'm too busy having fun in Prague. Went to see Zola Jesus, Xiu Xiu, Former Ghosts, You Say Party and Gary War on Wednesday which was rather good..then Crystal Castles yesterday. The gig was immense. Standing on the balcony helps though, I never want to be in the front row aqain. Too old for it now, much?

I'm staying at my friend's place I went out to see the gig with who is so incredibly funny. I'm lying in bed now as I'm hangover after yesterday's JD...or more likely because of all the previous nights as well, my back hurts as well and I pretty much look dead. My friend comes over with a glass of JD&coke and passes it to me. I'm dying.

I also did this short film shoot for my friend, starring as a vampire. Hmm who would have thought.
Apparently needed to get drunk first as we had to look really really good and loosen up a bit.
I could tell you about the whole thing but I won't..there are things that should be left unsaid. Oh but a good fun was when I was on my way back home in my leather jacket and leather gloves and was wondering why were people starring at me like that..well found out later that I had the jacket and the gloves covered in fake blood.

Halloween is well good. Me and my sister carved a pumpkin together on the actual day (I did carve the pumpkin as I'm good with knives and all, you know)and then I had to go to work. No celebrations. I'm pretty much convinced that nothing can beat Cillian Murphy's looks after watching Inception. You know it's good when not even Marion Cotillard is able to distract you. And she was more stunning than ever in it. Leonardo's acting was laughable at times..I just couldn't help but noticing..other people seem to disagree, however he was just too tense and fake in my opinion. Whatever. And the other guy..the loser from 500 days of Summer is looking very nice and sleek in motion as well.
